Sidon Facility
The Sidon location offers a high speed rail loadout facility located on the CN mainline that allows for the handling of 105 unit rail cars. This capability keeps a flow of grain moving through the harvest season, keeping valuable space available to farmers. The rail loadout gives Delta Grain access to more markets, allowing us to offer competitive pricing to farmers. This facility is the only 100+ car loader in Mississippi with the capability to move approximately 400,000 bushels of grain in less than a day.
Location Details
The Delta Grain Sidon facility is located off the CN main line adjacent to County Road 512. You'll see our storage bins as you drive over the Tallahatchie Bridge crossing the Yazoo River. We're located between Rising Sun and Sidon, and we're a 10 minute drive south from Greenwood.
Minter City Facility
Location Details
The Delta Grain Minter City facility provides a convenient option to farmers located in Northern Leflore County and Southern Tallahatchie County. This location has a total storage capacity of over two million bushels and easy in and out access with an inbound scale and outbound scale. We accept corn at 17% moisture and soybeans at 14% moisture at Minter City.
